  1. Regulations
  • Define the rules for participation in the event.
  • Familiarity with and acceptance of these rules are prerequisites for participating in the prepared activities.
  • Resolving matters not covered in the Regulations is at the discretion of the staff or the organizer.
  1. Participation in the Event
  • Actively engage in the prepared activities and contests.
  • You will be informed about the rules of participation in selected activities.
  • Some activities may be unsuitable for children, pregnant women, individuals with past injuries, or seniors.
  • Take as many photos as possible and share them.
  • Do not hesitate to participate; take a risk, it might be fun.
  1. Activity Availability
  • We strive to provide universal stations accessible to as many people as possible.
  • Devices have their capacity, and there may be queues at times.
  • Availability may be limited temporarily.
  • Choose activities suitable for your age, height, and physical fitness.
  1. Staff
  • Designated by the service provider.
  • Possess the knowledge and skills to carry out the service.
  • Ensure the correct and safe execution of the service.
  • May temporarily or permanently suspend the service if there is a threat to the health or life of participants due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or the involvement of third parties.
  • May refuse a participant’s participation in the service in case of regulation violations, aggressive behavior, or behavior endangering the safety of other participants.
  • Not responsible for items left at the service location.
  1. Service User
  • Voluntarily decides to participate in the service.
  • Should secure all items to prevent them from falling out or getting damaged.
  • Exercise caution while moving around and avoid dangerous situations.
  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
  • Responsible for any damage caused during the service.
  1. Destruction of Sunset Projekt company property is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
